Suite, hall, boardroom, and coworking bookings made through this site are requests, confirmed by our team once availability is verified. Estimated totals shown by our calculators are indicative — a final price is confirmed before any payment is taken.
Standard room bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Event and hall bookings follow the cancellation terms in your specific event contract, provided at the time of booking confirmation.
Corporate and tenant accounts are subject to review before pre-negotiated rates activate. We reserve the right to request a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and company registration details before granting corporate access.
Coworking spaces, meeting pods, and shared amenities are provided for lawful business use. We reserve the right to suspend access for conduct that disrupts other tenants or guests.
Ubungo Plaza Complex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from booking delays, third-party transport providers, or events outside our reasonable control.
