When you book a suite, request an event quote, inquire about office space, or create an account, we collect the details you provide directly — name, email, phone number, company name, and booking preferences. We also log basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running reliably.

How we use it

• To confirm bookings, respond to inquiries, and process corporate leasing requests
• To send booking confirmations and, if you opt in, occasional updates about the property
• To improve the site and understand which pages and tools are actually useful

Payments

Payment details entered for mobile money or card checkout are transmitted directly to our payment processors and are not stored on our servers in raw form.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the property (payment processors, email delivery) and, where legally required, with local authorities.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by contacting us at the address below.
